We have more than one location, please see studios for studio locations. Our regular opening hours are 08:00 – 22:00 extended bookings may be available on request.

You can book directly through our website or by emailing us at hello@ctrl-creative.com. We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to secure your preferred slot.

Yes — life happens! Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details on rescheduling, refunds, and late cancellations.

Your booking covers the time slot you’ve reserved. Arriving more than 15 minutes early or leaving more than 15 minutes late may incur an additional charge. If you need extra time, let us know as soon as possible so we can check availability.

Ctrl Creative runs on a unique self-service model. You’ll receive access instructions before your booking so you can arrive and get started without waiting for someone to let you in.

Our hire includes studio lights, stands, syncing etc for a detailed equipment list please see studios. Additional equipment may be available to hire at an extra cost.

Yes — we provide a range of professional lighting and backdrop options. Basic colours are included in your booking. Props are not included but may be available on request.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring and use your own gear, as long as it doesn’t damage the studio space.

Yes — for safety and comfort, each studio has a maximum number of people allowed in the studio at one time. If you plan to bring a larger group, please let us know in advance. Each studios maximum capacity can be found on each studio page.

Yes! Our spaces are versatile and can be used for photo shoots, video shoots, workshops, and small events. Just let us know your plans when booking so we can make sure the space suits your needs.

Yes, light refreshments are provided in each studio, and you are welcome to bring your own food or order in. Please be mindful of the equipment and tidy up before you leave. Music is welcome but please be mindful of our neighbours.

Generally, we don’t allow messy props unless agreed in advance. Some items (like glitter and paint) can cause damage and will incur cleaning or repair charges. Always check with us before bringing them in. We recommend booking an assistant for these types of shoots.

Yes — each studio has a private changing area and space for styling and make-up. Please let us know if you require additional set-up.

Yes — free Wi-Fi is available in each studio. Parking options depend on the location; please check your booking confirmation for details.

Our infinity cove and backdrops must be used carefully. Please avoid stepping on or damaging the painted surfaces. Any damage or excessive marks may incur a repaint or replacement fee. Shoe covers must be worn and are provided free of charge in each studio.

Yes — we ask all clients to leave the studio as they found it. That means putting equipment back, clearing excess rubbish, and resetting the space. A cleaning charge may apply if the studio is left untidy.

Accidents happen, please contact us as soon as possible to report any damage during your session. If something is damaged on arrival please call the studio mobile immediately. If equipment, backdrops, or the studio itself is damaged due to misuse, you may be charged for repair or replacement. Please report any issues immediately so we can resolve them quickly.

Yes — we run a Pay What You Can session on the last Sunday of each month for creatives who need support accessing space. We also offer discounts and membership options for regular users — details are available on our website.

We aim to make our spaces as accessible and inclusive as possible; this is something we are continually improving. Our studios are wheelchair accessible, with some facilities not – please contact us for full details of accessibility at your chosen location. Please let us know about any specific needs so we can accommodate you.

We have public liability insurance and clear health & safety guidelines in place. However, hirers are responsible for the safety of their team and guests while using the studio, as well as for any damages caused during their session.
