Ctrl Creative Cancellation Policy

At Ctrl Creative, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy are designed to be as fair and transparent as possible, while allowing us to keep the studio affordable and available for all clients.

Rescheduling

• Free Reschedule (72+ hours’ notice): Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Reschedule Fee (72–48 hours): Requests made between 72 and 48 hours before the booking will incur a £50 rescheduling fee.

• Late Reschedule (48–24 hours): Requests made between 48 and 24 hours before the booking will incur a fee equal to 25% of the booking cost.

• Within 24 hours: Rescheduling is not normally possible within 24 hours of the booking. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies, transport strikes, bereavement), we may agree to reschedule at our sole discretion.

Cancellations

• 72+ hours’ notice: Full refund.

• 48–24 hours’ notice: 50% refund of the total booking cost.

• Within 24 hours: No refund is available, as it is unlikely we can re-book the studio at such short notice.

If Ctrl Creative Cancels

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking (e.g. due to equipment failure, power outage, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• A reschedule at no extra cost, whichever you prefer.

Final Notes

• Rescheduling fees and cancellation refunds do not stack — only one policy will apply depending on the timing of your request.

• All rescheduling and cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to hello@ctrl-creative.com.

• This policy ensures we can continue to provide affordable, inclusive studio access for the creative community.
