Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. To maintain the efficiency of our operations and ensure fairness to our clients we have established the following cancellation policy:   1. Free Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their bookings without incurring any charges if the request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking time.   2. Rescheduling Fee (72 - 24 hours): Clients wishing to reschedule between 72 and 24 hours of the booked time will be subject to a rescheduling fee of £50. This fee aims to cover the administrative and operational costs associated with last-minute changes.   3. Partial Refund (within 48 hours): Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking cost. This policy is in place to compensate for the potential loss of business due to late cancellations.   4. No Refund (within 24 hours): Unfortunately, bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will not be eligible for any refund. This policy is implemented to account for the immediate impact on our studio's schedule and potential difficulty in filling the vacated time slot at short notice.   We may, on occasion, reschedule a booking within 24 hours if extenuating circumstances arise.   We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. This policy allows us to provide the best service to all our clients while maintaining the quality and availability of our studio.
